The StarZ team is a team with DIGNITY and PRIDE
We do not worry about rank, precentage or stats before we play a team.
A team that plays the games without worry of rank will always be on top.
Treat your fellow members with respect. DO NOT im your partner and criticize their play. Gossip or bashing another team member IS NOT permitted and may result in removal from team.
If a member receives an im concerning another member, they are to capture im and email to cappy.
Never im a pardner about your hand or a hand in play. This is cheating and is not tolerated. Card counters and other helpful devices are not to be used on this team.
The StarZ Convention is in effect until further notice. Know and understand it.
Choose to play games with a team member over using a buddy, if you have a teammate in the room available to play. NO ONE sends in a complaint to admin. Send all info to team captain.
NEVER, under any circumstance, accuse or imply that another player is cheating. If you do not have proof, let it go. This is a serious offense. If they are cheating and you have no proof, you and our team will be penalized. ABSOLUTELY NO cursing or suggestive table talk. Your attitude at the table and in lobby reflects on the entire team. Friendly, courteous behavior and gracious losing is our StarZ trademark
TT: This is not permitted and will not be tolerated. Examples: cmp, gtp, tram, dp, typ, nc, etc...A very common mistake not meant to be tt is nsp, typ or nbp before last card is played. This can be considered tt. You are letting your pardner know what is left in your hand, resulting in giving them more bags, etc...
When losing a game, one partner shall type iwrp, the other responds typ. This will prevent double posting and confusion. DO NOT report early. Both players must remain at the table until reporting p states that game is posted and one opp acknowledges post. This is exercising good sportsmanship.
There is a two week probationary period on this team. This is not to determine your skill but how well you play and get along with others on this team and how you conduct yourself when representing our team. Your actions and attitude could cause a good team to have a bad reputation.
The Campfire Forum is only to be used for positive posts, ie. congrats and condolences, and NEVER should have a negative or opinionated post without prior approval from the captain of StarZ. There are no exceptions to this rule. Lobby should be used for advertizing games, and friendly conversation. Your comments reflect on the entire team. DO NOT respond to troublemakers in lobby or im.
We ask all team members to stay active. If you are going on vacation or you are sick and will not be playing, notify the captain or Nite_Owl. It is not mandatory but nice for your cappy to have your phone number in case of emergencies, etc..
Our league has rules also and is required by all members to read and abide by them. Our rules are for the betterment of our team, CF rules are for the betterment of Campfire Spaders.
Any and all violations of these rules will be up to the sole discretion of the team captain as to the consequences.
