Mom was a school music teacher, as was Dad. I inherited my good voice, and my appreciation for music from both of them. Mom was a piano teacher and the church organist. She taught me to work hard to support my family. She worked as a school teacher, piano teacher and church organist. She is still playing organ for church at her assisted care facility. She was and still is very frugal. She also saw that I was raised in a Christian environment. I have been very active in my church, and raised my two sons in a Christian environment. She enjoys playing Racko, solitaire, Euchre, and rummy cube. She learned how to send and receive email at age 82, and now prefers to use it instead of snail mail.
